It has to be wireless.
So you have to buy a wireless router.

Yes you can, they sell the cables at Office Depot, etc. They are cables that plug into the PSP, and your computer. Here is a link that will step by step you to do this........ Good Luck

buy a wireles router and hook it up. Its the only way unless your neighbors have wireless
