Well, polls closed in Connecticut about 4 hours ago as of the time of writing, so I would say nothing's set in stone yet, but according to the Washington Post, Ned Lamont has claimed victor over (soon-to-be-former) Sen. Lieberman (assuming you're talking about the Democratic primary, of course, but I doubt that the others are too interesting). Lieberman, interestingly enough, has vowed to run as an Independent.
