I have helped to get a couple of homeless people some work once.
I have gave food to some that were really starving and got them to a place to get help.
I have also donated to homeless charities that give coats shoes and other clothing to families in need.
We are all brothers and sisters here in this country and world.
So we should all learn to help those who are unable to help themselves. It could just as easily be one of us if not all.

I give them gloves, apples and sandwiches. I tried to help a lady who was riding the trains all night who was in one of my Sunday School classes, but she became way too familiar and come to find out she had a drug dependency... one of my friends Moms let her stay with her for a few months. All that did help in the long run. She's back on her feet (doing exceptionally well) and not using anymore. Bless her heart.
