yeah i like the new AFI and i like the old AFI. But with each new album AFI tries to make it different like the style and sound. And i really like that they change it up, so u never know what to expect with every new album. I love AFI they're like my favorite band ever!!! I really dont get why all of their fans are all of a sudden not liking them...because they're starting to be more mainstream. I love their music.

Of course I do! AFI is my fave band and I love them to death.
Even though they've changed, I've changed too. Anyway, they've been together for Fifteen years so you can't expect them to sound the same for a decade and a half. You should expect their sound to evolve.
Anyway, they've always changed from album to album. If you listen from Very Proud of Ya to Black Sails and then the Art of Drowning, they all sound different. Then from the Art of Drowing to Sing the Sorrow, VERY different. Now with December Underground, well, I think they kinda just took off from where they left from Sing The Sorrow.
They've been together for too long. So they deserve all the success they're receiving now.

I love AFI no matter what.
they are not afraid to change their sound, and they do care about their fans. They are amazing. I love the new sound. I love the old sound too. I just love them.

never really liked them but dont you hate it when a band you like gets all popular and is on mtv and ur like....ugh now all those stupid high school preppie kids are guna like them and play it out and it makes that band seem less original......thats happening w. 30 seconds to mars...shame......or is it just me?
