The gestation period for a hamster is 16 days or so and they usually show at around 10 days. If you've had her for more than about 9-12 days and she's not showing, or if you've had her for at least 18 days and she hasn't had any pups yet, then she likely isn't pregnant. Not all small animals show when they're ready to have pups, but I doubt she's pregnant.
Three days shouldn't have regressed her socialization that much, unless she wasn't warming up to you before you left. Did your grandma maybe drop her/her cage or something by accident? Is she kept near the TV or other possible loud noises? I know my grandma listens to the TV really loudly, lol, and the vibrations and sounds from it can be very bad for small animals.
Does she look okay otherwise? There are many possibilities for a grumpy hamster. Did you wake her up to play with her? She could've just been annoyed.

She probably got afraid of someone touching her after a 3 days off. Let her smell u and slowly she'll come around, if u r able turn her over and cher her stomach for teats they develop when a hamster is pregnant (get larger).

i used to have hamsters and it sounds like its frightend without your presence cos they need a lot of affection and attention ive heard of folk who have been away for a fortnight and come back to a dead one just beacause the hamster was so nervous an scared mabye it was just getting used to a routine with you before you went away so just spend some extra time with her an let her out her cage more an make sure you handle her an next time you go away leave somthing of yours in or near the cage so she can still smell you an get your gran to play with her
