-In Wisconsin, it is illegal to cut a woman's hair or to kiss on a train.

-Children are not to go trick-or-treating on Halloween.
-A license must be purchased before hanging clothes on a clothesline.
-The penalty for jumping off a building is death.

If a person is caught raking the beaches, picking up litter, hauling away trash, building a bench for the park, or many other kind things without a permit, he/she may be fined $150 for ''maintaining the national forest without a permit''.

i know of few dumb ones, you can drink alcohol til you're dead, but you can't smoke marijuana, you can smoke cigarrettes til you're dead from it, but you can' use marijuana to help ease the pain of last stages of cancer... someone explain those crazy laws to me.

The non-smoking ordinance is the most dumbest law I have ever heard of. Next, will the government take away my chocolate because I might gain a pound or two?
For real, the city owns the street and sidewalk and I am responsible to clean to the middle of the street. Property owners are reponsible to pick up litter in front of their house to the middle of the street that other people thrown out of their car windows. Well, I see it this way, if I am to keep all of this clean, then they should give me the title to the street and sidewalk in front of my house.

Well, Male Rape was not Illegal in Arizona when I lived there. A 13 boy was assaulted by his female teacher, and she walked 'cause there was no low on the books about it.

in ottumwa, iowa, you cant spit on the sidewalk, or ogle a girl, which is winking at them, but its legal to shoot an indian dead if hes on a horse.

in tennessee,,,it's illegal to operate a motor vehicle while wearing yer pajamas...
