My 1998 plymouth breeze needed rear brakes again after 2 months. I had a break line leak the 1st time. This time they said my hoses were bad.

That sounds about right, the car is almost ten years old. And a brake hose will kill someone when it goes out.
One thing more, if the parts were cheap parts they just will not last, about three to six months at best with light driving ( no hard stops ).

Look them straight in the face and ask them why they didn't inspect the hoses when they had the car in the first time. Hoses don't go bad in two months. Ask they for a partial refund on the first repair because they let the car go out with a real safety hazard. Whether you get the money or not you really need to find another shop that will pay attention to (not so) little details like that. This is a sign of a very bad repair shop.

Either you are doing hardcore-serious racing and drifts, or you got ripped off. Take it back to the shop and show your receipts. BTW, front brakes wear out sooner than rears.

Not unless your calipers are sticking and that is not from bad hoses, that repair shop is tryin to rip you off.

I find it hard to beleive that this was overlooked the first time.
Secondly, I find it hard to believe the second time.
They may be trying to rake you over the coals.
Go get a second opinion.(from somewhere else)

only if line blew fliuid on shoes but shouldnt need rotors
