Yes I do believe in orbs. I don't think most are hoaxs..But of course there are many people who would argue the point.

They are to me, not from a dictionary, from me...a spirit/soul that is still here with us. And, got caught in a photo.

There is energy all around us, just take the time to feel it.....

There was a tv show called "Naked Science: Ghosts" on the National Geographic Channel not long ago that explored orbs and other ghostly phenomenon.

They showed that orbs could easily be created by simply treading across a dusty carpet and then taking a flash photograph. I've had them show up in photos, but always when using a flash and only when using my digital camera, never my film camera.

According to the show, orbs are simply near-microscopic bits of dust or dander that are stuck by the camera flash and because they are often very close to the lense, they become blurred out to appear to be mysterious balls of light or energy.

Personally, I don't believe they are anything but dust....though I do believe in certain other types of supernatural phenomenon.

Orbs were invented by pseudo-scientistis who had nothing better to do. Its all fake, usually they are just soap bubbles, sun flares, dust on optics.

Orbs is the popular name given to (typically) circular anomalies appearing in photographs.................well they can happen, but it depends on u, if ur the type of person who'll believe in their supernatural meaning then that's what they mean. and if u don't then they can be just dust particles!

For those who are saying, "For gosh sakes, would someone tell me what the heck these things are???" go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orbs .

I personally have no doubts that such artifacts appear in photographs. I think it's preposterous to believe they are alien devices or something absurdly paranormal like that.
