Two. One on each side.

The radius of the record is 6", minus 3.25" of gap = 2.75 " occupied by the groove on each side.

2.75 * 100 = 96.75 turns per side

If the record is played at 33.33 RPM...

96.75 / 33.33 = 2.9 minutes of playing time per side

1 groove on each side, it's the same groove that goes roundy roundy across the record.
