You can't sleep so you goto turn the telly on only to see a load of repeats and even more rubbish. Is it really that unusual for people not to be able to sleep at night that we don't deserve decent telly?

very true, but they save the new episodes and all for prime time, not 3 am for the insomniacs. Beats me why they would do that to us...I always find myself watching the home shopping network!

Only do this if you do not have work tomorrow...
Get some DVDs and chill out watching them on the sofa wrapped in a spare blanket. Works everytime. Don't get yourself all worked up.
Alternatively, watch one of the crappy quiz programmes where they try and get some poor sod to phone in an answer at £1 a go. WARNING - do not have a phone near you!

i agree totally! thats why im always buying dvds, plenty of choice then, and it dont get no better having freeview or sky either u end up with a hundred repeats a month or a week even!
