PLease can you help me I downloaded a movie and each time I put on the movie on my windows media they say first. Connecting to media. and then they say error on downloading codec or something like that. After that the movie comes on and then I am only hearing the sound and no pictures.
Can you please tell me how to fix this

It depends on the codec, but it seems obvious that you need to download/install the codec.
One thing you might want to try is download the DivX codec. This helped me play things on Windows Media. The link is: http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/
Download the free version, and I bet this fixes your problem.

When this happens you have an error
and that error will direct you to a help option or more information
you dont need to downlaod anything
durning the help option it will give you a series of questions that will lead you to your solution i had sound trobles too and that error help was always there
