i don't know if I am allergic to it or not but whenever I have touched the condom, I just feel scratching my hand. But do you feel comfortable when having sex wearing condom?

First of all, you may be allergic to latex. More on that later.

Of course you can have sex without using a condom, but if you are young and single, you really need to use them. You don't want a baby or an STD.

Some tips: they are more effective if used with contraceptive foam or jelly but if latex bothers you these might too. Never use any oil or oil based lubricants with condoms (like baby oil or vaseline!) They can cause breakdown of the latex plus those heavy oils are bad for the vagina.

First get the right type and size. If you need a Magnum (large size) get it. If you aren't that big, that's ok, most people aren't. Use the standard size. Some people like the ribbed condoms, some like the superthin but beware the superthin ones are more likely to break.

Now, the allergy. Have you ever worn gloves in a biology class or for washing dishes? Try some on. If they start itching you, you are probably allergic to latex. If you *are* allergic the polyurethane ones are nice. Ask for or look for them at the drugstore. Consider the female condom for a switch once in awhile, they are expensive though, hard to put on and make a weird rustling noise. Also, when you go to remove them afterwards, they are...er....messy!

Anyway, back to the male condom: use with a tiny dab of water soluble lube on the inside of the condom. This will make it feel more natural for the guy. Use lube on the girl too if you need it to give you that "bareback and wet" feeling you guys like so much.

Put them on before penetration. None of that "let's put it in for a minute, then take it out and put the condom on" Once you go bareback you won't want to put the condom on and you can have sperm in your precum. The key to their effectiveness is using them each time, every time. Once you have ejaculated, do not keep using the same condom or try to reuse!

You know what is even more uncomfortable than wearing a condom? Getting an STD or AIDS. Trust me, it is worse the discomfort to be safe.

Maybe you are allergic to the latex? They have condoms made out of other materials. Look around.

well you can have sex without a condom if you don't care about impregnanting anyone or catching an STD.....although I would highly reccomend you be safe and protect yourself and your partner. If you feel itchy there are different types of condoms out there. Don't be stupid though....in this day and age it is like signing a death wish if you don't wear one.

You'll feel itchy with herpes, AIDS, Chlamydia, too. What about HPV-wanna give your girl cancer? Wear the freaking thing, jackass. Why does everyone want to keep doing all this garbage they know is wrong and screwed up?

It's not worth the risk. Yes, precum contains sperm. You can transfer sperm even before ejaculating. Pulling out is no guarentee. If that's the experience you want then she will have to go on some kind of birth control.
