OK here goes. i have a washer and dryer in the basement. i separate dark's from lights and yes i did end up with pink socks once. depending on the time of year, i use the washer and hang most of the clothes on the drying rack. if i got something big like sheets, i throw them in the dryer. also in the winter, i use the dryer. mostly i do clothes when the hamper is full. this system works for me.

I have a washer and dryer. I have different laundry baskets for whites, colors, delicate... I also have an area where I can hang things up to dry. I do about 6 loads a week, give or take 1 or 2. That's for 2 adults and 2 kids.

I wash my clothes every couple of days in a washer. I wash whites separate, and use Tide. If there's stains I use a stain remover. I dry my clothes in a clothes dryer using Bounce because I hate static. I take my clothes out right away because I hate wrinkled shirts. All shirts including T-shirts go on a hanger straight from the dryer.

I have a washer and dryer at home. I wash once a week, usually on Mondays. I used Tide with Bleach detergent and Bounce dryer sheets. I do not separate my clothes because I only own one white article of clothing. I am responsible for laundry every other week. My husband washes the weeks I don't wash and he usually chooses to wash on Sundays.

I have two hampers in my bathroom, one for whites/light colors and one for dark colors... I do about one to two loads of laundry per day. I have both a washer and a dryer, but my dryer went out a couple of weeks ago, so I went to Wal-Mart and bought one of those folding clothes drying racks to dry everything. When I can, I run a load or two to my mother-in-law's place to get them dry (she lives about 500 feet from me), but I really don't mind hanging things up to dry. I sit the rack over a vent in my bedroom and the next day, I fold and put everything away, then hang a new load. This way I'm always 'caught up' on laundry and I never have to worry about having something nice to wear. I like this method very well... It keeps me busy.
I've never turned a load of laundry pink or anything, but I've shrunk sooooooooooooooooo many great sweaters by inadvertently throwing them into the dryer. GRRRRRRRRR, I get mad when that happens. LOL

I wash my clothes after one wearing except for towels (after all you are supposed to be clean after showering) which I put into the hamper after the third use.
I own a washer and dryer. I separate into towels, lights and darks. I always use Clorox 2 and never wash on more than Warm.. hot has a tendency to damage clothes.
I have been doing laundry and like this style since I was 7 yrs old and it has always worked for me.

i go to my parents house or my sisters if i can, if i dont then i go to the laundry mat,
i always separate my clothes into whites and darks, and if i have to do a separate load for towels/sheets, or sometimes just jeans, then i usually put most of it in the dryer except some of my shirts bc they would shrink in the dryer, so i hang them at home on a clothes dryer.
i would love to hang all of it outside, especially my sheets, i love the way outside smells
i use laundry detergent and dryer sheets
i also use Shout on stains. it works wonders
i do wash once a week, about 2-3 loads a week

I separate colors and clean them in a washer and dryer, though lingerie I handwash in a plastic tub with a brush and Woolite. I use my 'rents washing machine and I do laundry once a week.
Fortunately most of my clothes are the same color so it's not too many loads.
