zillow isn't available everywhere. You can start with your county tax assessor's office. If you haven't gone to realtor.com you should. You will get a good picture of values that way. There is always calling a realtor. You don't have to commit to anything. They could either print out or email you a CMA (market analysis) for a city, neighborhood, down to a street.

Look up zillow.com, or do a search under Zillow.
All they need is an address, and you get great information on the property at that address. Amazing information.
