AS long as you do not have sperm on your hand when you do it, she will not get pregnant. Don't put your penis anywhere near her vagina because sperm will still be able to get inside if too close.

Hand jobs and fingering are safe in terms of getting a girl pregnant. But you need to make sure your nails are cut short and are very clean. Don't forget to get tested!

There is a slim chance she could get pregnant if touches herself after touching your penis or if you touch her after touching your penis because of the semen and pre-come. If you are careful about that then everything should be fine.
