Complete the game, Get all characters in free mode and collect all the secrets like the vehicle parts of each level.

Remember that episode IV is only a level and you can get Darth Vader in Free Mode.

To unlock this level (it is just the one scene, the opening of Episode 4 on Leia's Corellian Corvette) You have to get True Jedi Status on all the levels in the game. To do that all you have to do is collect enough studs to fill that level meter that keeps popping up
