First, the qualifiers - the only right weight is the one that's right for YOU. It depends on your activity level and bone structure. If you're more muscular, you should weigh more because muscle weighs more than fat. Don't let any of us tell you how much you should weigh - just be happy with yourself.
All of that said, I'm going to answer your question because when I was in high school, I had the idea that all girls were supposed to weigh about 100 pounds. I'm smarter than that, really. I just had this voice in my brain that told me I was fat, when in fact I was exactly the weight I should have been.
Start at 100 pounds for 5 feet. For every inch over 5 feet, add 5 pounds for women and 6 pounds for men. Then add and subtract 10 pounds from your result for the range of weights considered "average" for that height. In your case, a healthy weight would be in the range of 145 to 165 pounds.

You are tall so you can carry more weight than a girl who is, for instance, 5'2 so I think your weight could be 135 -180 lbs. It could be less but not too much more. BMI is much more important so I would say that 145-150 is right in the middle of "normal".
