I would just get some cleaning face scrub or cloths or something that has things in it for cleaning and clearing your face of pimples/zits. Then once you have that just wash your face 2-3 times a day and your face should clear up and prevent your face from breaking out again. And why it hurts might be because you are messing/touching it a lot. Don't do that anymore and it might stop hurting. Try also putting Clearasil on it after you wash your face with the other product and it might help it also ok? I have the same types of problems that it seems that you are having so I would just try it and hope that everything works out!
BEST OF LUCK!!!! :-) :-)

Zapzyt. It's a 1 oz. little tube of 10% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Treatment Gel. It works by completely drying out pimples...but it's strong and may dry out your face, so start by applying it just once a day....and then work up to three times a day. I get those under the skin zits that just look like red bumps or bites, and this stuff really dries them out quickly. Another remedy I heard for drying out zits is putting honey on them. Just rub a little honey on the zit before you go to bed and put a band-aid over it so it doesn't come off on your pillow. I've heard this works overnight...but I haven't tried it myself yet, so I'm not sure.

To get rid of yours zit, you can use baking soda and mix it with
white viniger, make a paste out of it,put it on your face and leave it at lease for 15 to 20 minutes on, This will dry the oil in the face
that makes you get pimples and zits. You can do this at lease
3 times a week depending how bad you have it.

It might not be a zit, but instead a cyst. It's best not to mess with a cyst, popping it can cause a septic infection. I know, I had one, I popped it, wound up on antibiotics for two weeks.
If it is a cyst, it will need to be lanced and drained by a doctor.

I HAVE THE CURE FOR YOU... It's called NATURES CURE BODY ACNE SPRAY
It has 2% Salicylic Acid ...
I bought it for my boyfriend because he used to get big red hard zits on his butt cheeks that never seemed to go away.
It worked so good for him he stopped getting them at all.
Then i could feel the very beginning of one on my chin one day and so i put some of that on and the next morning i couldn't even tell it was ever there
If you can't find that brand(I bought it at KMART) just look for something with that acid in it
also it doesn't even sting!!!

if you cleanse it really well and then put a medicated acne treatment just on the zit, it should heal faster.
