You should be taking a bath/shower with an antibacterial soap like Dial and then using an ANTI-PERSPIRANT under the arms or in some cases under the breasts. Use talk with cornstarch in it. Drink alot of water and watch eating spicey foods like garlic or onions cause it will come out of the pours of your skin. You probably don't smell that bad, just self-conscious of it. Don't beat yourself up, honey. It's only natural.

Well...
First you should consider where body odor comes from.
It is the waste product from naturally occurring bacteria on the body that consumes human sweat for food.
The odor of the waste product is most often determined by how the bacteria digest your sweat, which is a product of your body chemistry.
It's true to that extent that we are what we eat because our diets help determine our body chemistry.
Many of the suggestions you've already heard about proper personal hygiene are great, but those only tend to mask a recurring problem. You must consider your diet as possibly to root source of the problem. Make sure your diet is balanced, nutritious, and not including anything odd in excess.
The only other thing that would create an unusually powerful body odor, would be a fungus such as in the case of athletes foot.

If you sweat profusely in the armpit region, use Certain Dri which can be purchased at Walgreens. It shrinks the pores so you sweat less or not at all. And as far as odor goes...shower EVERY day, use body spray and coordinating body lotion, wear clean clothes everyday, and wear deoderant that is STRONG. I recommend Degree with Tri Clear, Pure Rain.
God bless.

ok, if you're talking about your underarms smelling bad........
then go to the doctor. there is actually a condition where people sweat profusely on their underarms which obviously produces a strong odor. the treatment? botox injections in the underarm. apparently the botox stops the sweat glands from going so crazy....
now, if you're talking about anything other than underarms,
you should go and take a very long, steamy bath with lots and lots of ivory, a very gentle soap.

It may be what your eating, what we eat emanates through our pores, which are all over our bodies, which is probably why you can smell it. But if you watch what your eating or take an oatmeal bath that would help. You can buy the oatmeal at Wal-Mart. It's called Aveeno.

go to the doctor , you may have a glandular problem. Some people just smell more than others.
But i would tell your doctor maybe something is wrong in your chemical balance in your body.
