Wasn't it an old side cartoon of the really early Mickey Mouse? Like before Mickey looked the way he does today.. seems like my mom has this one, but I don't know from where, but I remember seeing it.

It looks like it's from a Looney Tunes short (Warner Brothers)...possibly in the late 20s to early 30s.
