I used to like them too, back when they promised live news from anywhere in the world (unedited from Atlanta). During the first Iraq "war", they were there in Baghdad, reporting live. Then somehow, they went "mainstream", and downhill, in my opinion. Now, they have so many regularly scheduled shows that they don't want to interrupt them for breaking news, probably because of the loss of advertising dollars.

I think that they are a very biased network not working for the people of America. It is clearly shown in the ratings, how FOX News has only been around for about 8 or 9 yrs and they blow CNN out of the water in TV ratings.

They are controlled corporate media attempting to keep you ignorant and dumb as to what is really happening in the world. Lue Dobbs is the best reporter they have and to his service he does a fair job covering topics (I give him 3 out of 5 stars). But CNN will never have the courage of C-Span in bringing you raw unfiltered news so you can make up your own mind. The best news I have found is www.infowars.com.

Which CNN?
CNN for USA is very pro-USA. CNN Worldwide has a little bit less slanted view, but is still pro-USA.

i liked them when they first went on the air you trip on the street and they have a major breaking news about it
