It'd be about a 90 minute to 2 hour drive straight through.
On a bus, I'd put it between 3 and 4, depending on how many stops were being made and how many transfers you'd need.

It shouldn't be more than an hour and a half. Six Flags is right on the CT border. By bus it can be tricky though, because you obviously go a lot slower than if you were just in a car driving. Check with the bus station you are taking and they'll obviously have at least an estimated time.
