my stomach has been doing flips, it's awkward, my moods change a lot, my friend says she noticed a few extra pounds and i have been tired, and the other day my fiance' touched my stomach and it kind of hurt a little... should i be concerned ...could i be pregnant?

Well its different for everyone, but the biggest sign is a missed period. There can be nausea, sore breasts, tired all the time. I highly recommend that you either take a test or go see your doctor. Best of luck.

I THINK THAT ANY TIME A FEMALE THAT IS SEXUALLY ACTIVE AND ARE FEELING COMMON SYMPTOMS SHOULD GET CHECKED. ITS A POSSIBILITY THAT YOU COULD BE BUT YOU WILL NEVER KNOW IF YOU SIT AND WONDER. YOU HAVE A LOT OF SIGNS POINTING TO YES, BUT EVEN IF THE ANSWER IS NO, THEN AT LEAST YOU KNOW AND IF YOU WANT YOU CAN TRY AGAIN. YOU CAN GO TO A CLINIC IN YOUR HOME TOWN, MOST CLINICS GIVE FREE TESTS, BUT I WOULD GET A HOME TEST AFTER I TAKE THE 1 AT THE CLINIC JUST TO HAVE A SECOND OPINION. THEY ARE FREE WHEN YOU GO. A missed period is the first sign. Mood swings indicate an increase in hormones. You should probably take a home pregnancy test.

Yes I would suggest you get a pregnacy test done a.s.a.p. This is something you must take the time of day to realize you might be pregnant. Something for you and your fiance to think about

Take a pregnancy test. It can show positive as soon as a few weeks after conception. Then go to your GYN.

you could have an urinary tract infection which can cause it to hurt. Some other symptoms of pregnancy is soar breast, nasuea,
urinating often. Maybe you should take a pregnancy test or call your doctor.

not having a period but u can have a period while being pregnant how are your nipples are they engorged if so then i suggest u get a home test then go to the health dept

go see your doctor and get a blood test. you may be pregnant. Do you breast feel sore too?
