I saw a commercial for the "confrontation" episode of The Simple Life. Then the other day I heard that they were back together. Anyone know the scoop? I truly don't know why I care.

I really don't think they are back together, but I did see the confrontation in the commercial for The Simple Life, and it looks like they were really mad to be seeing each other, so if you like the duo together, I wouldn't get your hopes up.

I think it's unlikely that Paris and Nicole are buds again.
I read somewhere yesterday that the reason for the bust-up was because, when Nicole left rehab she didn't want to be surrounded by any bad influences or triggering people- this including Paris. She said, "We're two completely different people."
I think that, even if Paris wanted to be friends with Nic again it wouldn't happened, based on the amount of resentment that Nic and her group of A-lister friends have built-up about Paris (and not without good reason)... however, I don't think that losing Paris as a friend has really solved any of Nicole's problems... she may have given up the drugs (or so she says), but she's taken on an eating disorder to fill in that void in her life... she's just running away from the problem.

I don't know. I'd like to find out too. Nicole's better off on her own though. Being with Paris made her look kinda dumb.
