I tested positive but have NOT ingested any alcohol. What could cause this false positive test. HELP

Any products that have a high Alcohol content.
Cough Medicine
Vanilla (The bottle)
There are other factors that can give you high liver enzymes tho not just alcohol.
I had to be tested then go in for an ultrasound and was fine

Diet (artificial sweeteners are a big culprit), medication, poor liver or kidney function, etc. Urine tests for alcohol are NOT reliable and generally are not recognized by the court system.

Yeah that attempt can come across alcohol from the previous 80 hours. i assume i might recommend ingesting different water or in basic terms no longer ingesting for some days in case you already know they're coming. yet different the time mum and dad attempt to easily scare their young infants and in no way extremely provide them the attempt. in basic terms remember... your 19 which recommend legally they have not got any administration over you anymore!
