yeah and no,
At first when you are married you are really passionate about the other person and their feelings. Then as time goes on those flames of passion starts to slowly burn out and turn into a smoldering heap of ash where you're lucky to get a spark every now and then. The key is to keep adding fuel to the fire, keep the passion alive.

No such thing, i am almost 37 and can easily still get hard 10 times a day. I do have a really small one though.

Yes married people are only allowed to have sex once a month, twice in the month of their anniversary.
As for single people, you can never have too much.
