Breast cancer is very aggressive. It hides and sets quietly metastasis in bones. And many women don't even suspect that they might have cancer. Unfortunately the first symptom is pain in the back.
Breast cancer is also a difficult to beat kind of cancer. It can hide for many years, even twenty and more and then, when no one can image it's back again.
The chances for your sister are difficult to weigh. Does she have metastasis ? No metastasis means greater chances. How aggressive is the cancer ?
It could be as beatable as the first one but it could be also a hard fight.

Awww I am soo sorry!!! Um, well...my mom and her dad and his dad and so on had cancer. Getting rid of it doesn't mean it's gone for good. Sometimes if you get a certain type of cancer your risk to get it again or a related cancer skyrockets. Her chance to beat it isn't as great as it was the first time unless it is a milder case. Since she is older and hence, probably unhealthier it will be hard to beat, but that justs depends on her health and if she's overweight and stuff like that. I'll pray for her. God bless you!
