Go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Advanced > check Overide automatic cookie handling > under First-party cookies, tick "Accept" > under Third-party cookies tick, "Block" > check Always allow session cookies > OK > OK.

Most cookies are quite innocent so I would not be obsessed with removing them.
