young people around the USA own guns all the time what do u think they use for their crimes?
as for ur Q of normal citizens of Iraq & Afghanistan owning guns it's easy whenever there's war there must be a black marcket to sell guns fo every body how else do u think all those weapon deallers get that rich during wars?

In Yemen when a male turns 12 he gets an AK-47 for his "coming to age", this has commonly replaced the dagger they used to recieve, but its harder to create Jihad with only a dagger. Grenades also only cost about 10 dollars at markets in Yemen, what a great deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah here in the states we're alledgedly "gun happy" though in the middle east and africa you see 10yrs sporting assault rifles.
But some states allow you to purchase handguns w/o background checks and permits.
Take the time to learn how to shoot and to care for that gun because when you need it it will be there for you.

in the dominican republic they have buy one get one free offers all the time. and some how the government thinks it can fight crime.
