OK, say you are selling 500 shares of a stock. Well, some other people are selling too, so brokers clump those shares together and sell 'em in aggregate big numbers sometimes. So a big chunk of shares just sold for $4.35.

If I understand your question right, means 15,000 shares sold at $4.35.
