Get married first. Why should he expect you to make that commitment as a g/f? You are crazy if you go along with it.

If you do not know whether you are ready for a baby yet then maybe it is not time for you yet to have a baby. If you are unsure then dont do it. In my opinion though you seem like you would be able to handle the responsibilities of a child. You seem like you are old enough you most likely have a career that can support a child and it seems as though your partner is willing to commit to taking care of a child. Take your time making this decision seeing how it is the biggest one you will ever have ot make. Good luck .

It'll be fine, sweetie. The pregnancy period isn't exactly going to be the best time of your life, and the actual birth may hurt (they may give you painkillers) but hey, 9 months. Big deal! Unless you drink a lot of alcohol and/or think you couldn't change your diet to fit the growing baby's needs, it'll turn out fine, trust me.
Think about it: 9 months and labor is a lot less time than the baby is gonna live. Once you have those precious moments only parents can experience, you'll have no regrets.
Oh, and by the way, you might want to listen to classical music during pregnancy. :) It's nice that you have a guy who actually decided himself he wanted a baby. You'll make great parents.

I think eveyone feels this way before they decided to have children. But you do the best you can. As long as you raise them in a happy home then they will be fine. Maybe you should consider getting married first though. And having a baby in your belly is the most amazing thing you will ever experience!

NEVER do anything to please other ppl, even if its ur boyfriend.
You saying tht ur scared is the key...it's obvious tht ur NOT ready. A baby is lots of responsibility and maybe u do hve younger sisters, but caring for a sister and a baby of ur own is NOT the same. So REALLY think about wht ur gonna do, and if ur not comfy with the idea of hving a baby, DON'T do it.
Good luck!
Cheers to the best decision!!

Honey stay on your BC pills and live your life! Why get bogged down with a child at 27? Are you settled in a career?
Once he puts a 2 carat diamond ring on your finger -- then tell him you'll consider future babies. If he can't afford a diamond he damm sure can't afford a baby!

Your b/f said this. Tell him, you want him to be your husband first!
If you have 6 ounger sisters you are way ahead of the game. Be confident in yourself. You will do fine when the situation is right.

It doesnt sound like ur prepared...ur not ready to have a kid. If you were ready, u wouldnt need ur bf to convince u to do it. perhaps u should wait until u 2 are married...maybe u'll b ready then
