It sure is, a home pregnancy test takes a while after your missed period to show up. You should wait a week and try again, or go to your doctor. They can do bloodwork, which will tell them right away.

yes very possible---if it has been over four weeks try another pregnancy test---sometimes when pregnancy test are done too early they come out negative.

yes , the test s are not 100% , so take 2 or three tests, next time if afraid , use protection it will save you thousands and thousands of dollars for extra min of inconvenience.
