Depends on the destination now, doesn't it? If I have left for a junket on the space shuttle, I'd probably miss a hot shower and non-reconstituted food.

If I have left for the last time, I wouldn't miss anything. I would instead be more preoccupied with enjoying the after life. If there is no after life, then I would be missing nothing. It is difficult, I would imagine to miss anything in a state of oblivion.

This may sound insignificant compared to missing family,(which of course I would, Mom, Dad, etc.) but I would miss the smell of rain on asphalt or the first snow fall of the year, or watching my Dog Cliff open his Xmas presents. I think it's the little things you miss, after family and friends.

I would miss my Hero the most. More then anyone, more then anything. Although I've met him for 8 minutes - flat, I still cherish those minutes like none other.

Stay Safe :)
