More like the US is a Client state of Israel. Israeli officers have free reign of the Pentagon. The US gives billions of aid to Israel each year. Israel is dragging us into a war with Iran. And Israel attacked the USS Liberty to forment a war between the US and Egypt during the 6 day war and the US never so much as demanded an apology (because the US president Johnson wanted the liberty sunk to blame on Egypt to bring the US into the 1967 Middle East Conflict).
