Okm been ttc and my period should have been the 6th. Still no period took at test this morning (ept) and didnt have my contacts in and could barley see test said negative, but when i looked later there was a faint line on the pregnant side. Could it be for real?? Having crazy breast changes as well, areolas are HUGE now and boobs are the biggest they have ever been. We are going to the doc tomorrow, Any comments?

you might be you have several symptoms as to being it's a good thing your going to the doctor and I believe that even a faint line on the pegnant side is to tell you that your going to be a future mom

Now the line that you see could be called an evaporation line. If you looked at the test AFTER the reccommended time was up, that can and will cause false positives. There are plenty of pics of what evaporation lines look like on the site peeonastick.com.
BUT =) It sounds like you are having symptoms of pregnancy, and many docs say you should wait a week after your missed period to take an HPT because the HCG hormone (which detects pregnancy) takes awhile to build up in some people to make a positive test. Request a blood test from your doc...it will give you a definite answer. GOOD LUCK!!!

As long as the line was the same color as the negative line, no matter how faint, you are pregnant.

take another test. But since your doc appt is tommorow then just wait untill tommorow! good luck hope your preggi!
