at high school, my classmates were making too much noise, and our teacher was trying to tell everybody to shut their mouths, but being too "peaceful" he couldnt manage to provide silence..
Thus I offered to set silence.. he said "ok"
I screamed as loud as I could...
And as the moment I screamed, Everybody just got frozen..
I couldn't understand why untill the reflection of the scream arrived me and my teacher..
It was tooooooooo loud that anybody to hear that scream would get frozen...
Since that time I climb mountains to scream....
Its reeeaaaalllyy relaxing..
Go for it.. But not in public..

Better to scream into a pillow than scream aloud, for several reasons. First, no one could hear you so you're just reclused in your own state of mind. Second, it feels better to be cuddling something rather than go aggressive on something. I like to go aggressive on my pillow, I could punch it all I want and yet hug it with all my love. I pretend my pillow is my future girlfriend so I practice my hugs on it... although I don't get any response whether the hug was good or not! :( Hah!

However, just make sure you're not in the mall. Go some where that you won't be looked at as being a little nuts. Amusement park, concert and the like, or in your car riding down the highway, music blasting and don't sing, just scream, but keep your eyes on the road. Good luck!

I know that it makes me feel better some times. It is like the ultimate release. It also helps sometimes to just go out and run a couple of miles. anything to get the brain chemicals woke up.

Nah.... I just relax at the pool, beach or throw some weights at the gym. It's much better than screaming or shouting.

Ah,yes.Primal scream therapy.I know it well.It's one of the best things you can do when life starts to get to you.It lets out tension and anger that builds up from the animal side of our nature.
I use to do that all the time but now I mostly meditate.

outrageous screaming shall enlighten your bothered soul, but never scream out at anyone. It would cause your soul to leave your body. You´ll be a dead man and you could never walk again.

Yeah, it is always a good thing to release any stress built inside you. You don't need to let it consume you, as that is not a very thing and can lead to problems down the road.
