I have read the that my insureance is non canable for three years after the divorce is final. even if the responsable party quiets or looses there job. thay are still responceable to keep the insure crent at there expence. at the same coverage.is this true.

Not entirely. They will keep you insured for 3 years but you have to pay premiums for it. Talk to your attorney.

So you and your wife are getting a divorce and if she quits her job she is still expected to pay for YOUR insurance? Highly unlikely...........
