try your BMI is a robust way. A everyday use of the BMI is to evaluate how lots a individual's bodyweight departs from what's everyday or proper for a individual of his or her top. the burden extra or deficiency would, partly, be accounted for by utilising physique fat (adipose tissue) in spite of the undeniable fact that different factors alongside with muscularity additionally influence BMI critically (see communicate under and obese). The WHO[8] regard a BMI of under 1c9f0f895fb98ab9159f51fd0297e236d.5 as underweight and would point out malnutrition, an ingesting illness, or different well-being problems, whilst a BMI greater advantageous than 25 is seen obese and above 30 is seen obese. those ranges of BMI values are valid in hassle-free terms as statistical categories whilst utilized to adults, and don't assume well-being. wish this would help u. :)

you cant just tell a person to lose wieght. I am 13 and 198 lbs. I have a thyroid problem and both my parents are over weight. maybe instead you could offer her an activity you could do together. then plan to do that like once a week. She won't even realizing she's working out because she's having so much fun with YOU!!

If you don't defend her it makes you as bad as the people saying things to her. Be a good friend.

I'm a heavy person, so I know how she feels. I got better looking once I grew up. You should definitely defend her. She probably feels terrible about herself. If anyone says anything, you should say something bad about the way they look. Ppl should realize everyone's got something unattractive about themselves.

i have every idea what she's going through. i am heavy (i am reaaly around her weight, but really athletic). ask her if she wants to change her ways. do a sport with her....exorcise, cheer her up; it's what she needs. ppl who make for of slightly overweight ppl are just mean so defend her.
