i think the only one that really legalizes it and hasn't changed their ruling on it for decades...

is hawaii.

which is what makes it so great to be gay! :))

who wouldn't want to have hawaii be the only real state you can go to to get married to someone you love...who just happens to be the same sex?

"wanna get married today, rick?"
"yeah, pete."
"well, then. let's go...to HAWAII!"

it's like a bonus...for just BEING gay.

you can be in nebraska and have someone say:

"our state law prohibits that kind of union! it's against the laws of man and god! you wanna do that nasty stuff, take your *** to hawaii!"

"uh...okay." :))

so, screw these other narrow-minded states!

it could be worse. it could have been NORTH DAKOTA.

Mass. but all other states are ignoring the constitutional amendment that requires each state to recognize a marriage from another state. Also, if I am not mistaken, gay couples in Vermont are allowed to have civil unions.

In the USA, they can be married in Massachusetts (but I believe they have to have residency there). Same-sex unions are allowed in California, Connecticut, New Jersey and Vermont. Best of luck to them and a long loving life together!

It's Massachusetts, but only the state of Massachusetts will recognize their union so they would have to live there to reap the legal benefits of marriage, like health insurance and all that stuff. Or they could go to Canada, but the same thing applies there.

Massachusettes..the same state that has the lowest divorce rates in the US...so much for Gay marriages destroying family values!

They are big people, I am sure people in the gay community know more than you or I already.

If it were my daughter I would tell her that is the state of sin, but it is not.

I would say more but don't want to come off as judgemental.

Peace!

Massachusetts, but you have to reside there.

Vermont does have civil unions, not quite as good, but better than 48 other states!

It shouldn't be aloud in any state. It's discusting! God made man and woman for a specific reason. To be together! This world is really going to hell.

It is Mass., but I think you have to be citizens. California would probably be a good bet if they're willing to wait a year or so.
