When i type in www.msn.co.uk, it comes up with HTTP 400 Bad Error?

this only started happening about 2 weeks ago, also anything affilated with msn won't work either, "www.microsoft.com" for instance, so i can't report it there also i have about 100 unchecked emails wich i need to check, please could you tell me a way to get it working again, thanks
