Many americans are angry that tasers are being used by the police. Many americans think tasers should either be banned or that they should only be used on citizens in deadly situations.

She very much deserved it. A loud mouth uncooperative biotch.

Maybe next time she'll do what she's told and not try to turn her inability to obet into a race issue.

So what did she do, act up coming home from a baseball game?

But I don't think it's a national problem, every time it happens, it seems to be in Florida. I recall a year or so back, an old lady got tasered in a nursing home in Florida; she got upset because she couldn't find a friend she was visiting, and the staff wouldn't tell her where her friend was. They called the cops & they tasered the 75 or so year old lady. I also remember them tasering a kindergartener in Florida. Florida really needs to throttle back a bit. Maybe after Bush Lite is gone, they will.

She first of all needs to have respect for authority and do as the officer asks. In some cases tasers are necessary and in some, not. If I had acted in the same manner I would have been given the same treatment. But just what does this have to do with baseball?

If she obeyed the police, she wouldn't have been tasered in the first place. I have no sympathy for her. Besides, tasers are NOT deadly; they are simply used to restrain criminals and the pain is only temporary.

But WHY is this in the baseball section and not the law and government section?

Yes, she did deserve it!! It's about time we realized we hire the police to protect us, and cooperation with them is necessary. People do not get tasered without good reason. Resistance, foul language to a police officer, and refusing to obey a direct order of a police officer are all reasons that one is rightly tasered.

Chow!!

Yes she totally deserved it. When a simple request by an officer is so rudely neglected the officer has to assume that the issue will only escalate to something worse. So I'm glad she got what she deserved. No one is above the law. Hopefully movie stars and pro athletes will get the message as well.

YES she deserved it. She refused to cooperate with the officer who patiently asked her multiple times to do so. The officer warned her beforehand that she would get the taser and still continued to be uncooperative. She got what she asked for.

Now: What does this have to do with baseball??

How could a police officer determine if it was a "deadly situation" or not. Do as the police instruct you to. He told her to get out of the car several times....Yes, she deserved it !!!!

Sometimes tasers are needed.

But never in the baseball section.

Of course she deserved it. Policeman pulls you over, you do what they say. If it had been a white women in this situation, would you be asking this question? I somehow doubt it.

Now, please tell me what this has to do with baseball?
