nor can i relieve it through crying, yelling, running, or alcohol. the only thing that will make me feel better is pure, unmitigated violence.

put a picture up on a brick hall and take a few good hard punches. That should cure you of this anger.

BTW- May I recommend a therapist. You sound like you need one.

Take a boxing class from your local gym. Then you'll not only learn how to punch someone in the face properly, but they'll pair you up with a sparring partner who's wearing pads so you can punch and be punched without harming anyone.

Oh if it is unmititigated violence you want I have a sugfgestion for you. Just go up to a cop and slap him. I am sure you will get to relieve all the frustration you want and so will they. Afterwards you will get locked up in jail. There some guy will want to make you his bi tch and then you will get the opportunity to fight again right before he breaks in dat a ss real good.

Look at yourself into the mirror and punch hard into the mirror. A couple of times of excruciating pain will cure you of your need to punch a person without wasting precious money on a shrink

Join a gymnasium for boxing or take up martial arts in a proper school for it. Your mental health will improve and you will enjoy the company of others who think like you do. They are always interested in signing up new punching bags.

Apparently you need to buy a punching bag and some gloves. It has the side benefit of getting you in better shape.

Teeth gone, eye gone, pistol whipped and dragged by a car. That was one of many I've seen today. Maybe your the one that should be punched in the face and beaten it might change your perspective.

you could put a picture of someone's face on a pillow or punching bag and punch it so your not really hurting anyone that's what I do but with a dart board

i too find that punching people in the face is very good for relieving stress. my boyfriend doesn't like it very much though.
