The air is extremely dry in Las Vegas. Also, did you play the slots a lot? That could account for it. Get some creamy Vaseline hand cream or something similar and that should take care of it.

Did you use your fingertips alot more than usual gambling(playing the slots, cards, or maybe anxiously bite them), or it could be an allergic reaction to something you touched(tokens, plants, pool or jacuzzi water) or maybe it is a type of fungal infection. I would keep them away from water and give it a few days to clear up, if it does not get better, you should see a dermatologist.

I dont decide directly to reason a panic when I say this....yet.....I actually have a niece who's 3. because her beginning, my sister replaced into informed that the dry, cracking, peeling epidermis throughout her physique replaced into basically eczema. My sister replaced into having to place a salve throughout my nieces physique & positioned socks on her arms so she wouldnt scratch.... All of this began with the dry cracked epidermis on her fingertips besides. Come to be sure....2 yrs later....whilst my sister moved to Florida & have been given a diverse ped., my niece is allergic to nutrition!....there isnt lots she would be able to consume, yet usually she is allergic to peanut, wheat, soy, dairy, chocolate, & shellfish. After beginning a intently monitored nutrition recurring, my niece has proper epidermis. each and every from time to time, my different niece or my nephew will slip her something she cant have & she would have the dry epidermis returned... i could take her to a Dr. earlier i could basically blow it off & attempt creams.....it must be countless issues, yet to be on the risk-free side, it cant injury to have it regarded at. solid success.....

Sounds like they could be dry from playing the slot machine so many times or playing cards? I'm just guessing here. Try some lotion for intense dry skin and see if that works.

were you playing with the slot machines alot, or handling anything in the casino (if you went) a lot? it could probably just be a bacteria you picked up that caused your skin to become extra dry and start peeling. just use an intensive care lotion or cream and it should be fine in no time

if you spent a lot of time in the pool it could be a reaction from the chemicals or it could just be that your skin is very dry from our dry climate in the desert... i can tell you from living in las vegas now and for the past twelve years.. lotion and water are definately your best friend... the climate here will dehydrate you and dry you out faster than you'll believe!

It could have come from all the metal flakes from the slot machines.
The problem could be from Nickel the metal that most of our coins are made of.
I think that is what happend to me when I went to a casino.
