Find out if there is a campus shuttle, many large campuses have shuttles that run around in a loop.
Don't worry about where to leave a bike, just about every hall will have a bike rack in front.
Don't use rollerblades, that's just a hassle
The folding scooters are too hard to use even on a slight grade.
By foot is by far my favorite and everyone else does it. You can chat it up with with your friends on the way to anywhere. Take in the scenery. I find it much more personable than any other way of getting around.

Try to schedule your classes in order of the campus layout! If possible, revise your schedule before the first day of class, check for openings at night courses, and you don't HAVE to have 12-1:30 for lunch! Helps too, if you let your professors know you are on the other side of campus so if you are tardy he may lighten up,,,but bikes aren't the answer-stairs, foot traffic, flat tires and bike locks take up as much time as hoofing it, and they get stolen anyway! Try the schedule plan, it works for me and many of my friends.

Next time when you register for classes, look at the campus map. Schedule your classes by comparing, the close proximity of the neighboring buildings that are very close to each other. That way you'll be able to get between classes faster.

That's strange, most college campuses give you plenty of spaces to park and lock up your bike. Try looking around more areas.
