there is a joint process, the evolution of both occurs in a dialogic manner.

Your hypothisis has two problems: One, evolution, though quite popular, has never actually been proven. It remains a theory, and even quite a few evolution scientists will admit that there has not been one shred of actual evidence to suggest that it is true - but there is a lot of science on the creation end that have actual evidence in hand to support creation over evolution.
Since truth is absolute and not subjective, reality cannot be shaped neither through the cognitive process nor the brain because reality is not subjective. Reality simply is, just like truth, and neither one particularly care what you or I or anyone else thinks of it, it just is.
Our physical brains are shaped in the womb, and our cognitive thoughts are borne out of what is taught to us and by what we learn. We are thrust INTO reality at birth, and reality does not change based on what we think of it.
Therefore, REALITY = NO PARADOX.

I think you are using the term 'reality' in two different ways.
The first way would be better called 'the environment'.
The second way wold be better called 'perception of the environment'.
So:
The brain is shaped by the environment through the evolutionary process, but in the other hand perception of the environment is shaped by the brain through the cognitive process.
Which seems to remove the paradox.

Since the brain is shaped by reality through the evolutionary process and in turn reality is shaped by the brain through the cognitive process therein lies the eternal perfect circle, one helping the other to continue to survive and prevail....lol, ok, didn't buy that, then I haven't the foggiest lol, but good luck figuring it out while I figure out the meaning of life!

I think in the first part of your paradox you refer to the environment shaping the brain. And in the second part you refer to the our ability to reason shaping what we percieve as reality. However most evolutionary changes are adaptations to the physical environment an organism lives in,. The evolution of humanities advanced cognitive processes has lead to our spread across all of the world, we have transcended environment, we are no longer shaped by our environment; but rather, we shape our environment. The theory of evolution depends on a theory of natural survival which no longer exists in the same way for humanity. So I do not think the first part of your paradox is necessarily true.

I would say :
Reality is shaped IN the brain through the cognitive process.
In, since cognitive reality can vary from individual to individual. This kind of reality is relative and might be an illusion from the senses.

What the brain does today using the cognitive process will shape the reality of today, tomorrow and the future. Brains of the present and future will then be changed by the environment and evolution.

Actually no one really knows what reality is. We each have a model of reality in our mind, and it varies from person to person. That's why people can have such a different perception of what this world is about.
My thoughts regarding that is, that every so often when basing certain deeds on reality, if the results are NOT what was expected based on expectations we had based on our model, there is a problem with our model, i.e. our model does NOT track absolute reality properly and we better make adjustments to bring these two closer into compliance.
People who don't do that, always wonder why things they try NEVER work out. They keep on butting their heads against the same wall, not even knowing there is a wall.

If reality wasnt shaped by the evolutionary process, the reality in our cognitive process would cease to be, and technically so would the evolutionary process if you agree with the statement "I think therefore I am".

The brain is shaped through genetics, but it is also shaped by experience. Experience and memory shape your perception of reality, which further shapes your brain. It's not a paradox, it's a spiral!

As with all interactions, they shape each other to suite their needs. At any given time we are being shaped by our surroundings, and everything we do has a slight effect on the world at large. It is surely a symbiotic process.
