What can I do to lose wieght fast?I already exercise and eat right but still it seems I got problems with my thighs and belly what can I do?

you dont it has to be done slowly. If you start starving your body then it goes into starvation mode, in other word you metabolic rate slows down and when you start eating normally again you can put on extra weight. ( this is why many people get trapped into yoyo dieting.) You want to do something about your thighs, have you a bicycle -or a cycling machine- peddling a cycle will help. As for your belly they say sit ups. But the best all round exercise is swimming it burns off so much energy and exercise speeds up the metabolic rate (you can eat more without getting fat, or get thinner!)

Cleanse your system, drink only water for a few days, then get a body wrap to tighten up your skin. Keep exercising. Do not take any diet supplements, those are very unsafe. Just keep doing what you have been doing, be a little stricter with your diet. Because every body has a set weight point that it wants to stay on, and you have to train it to decrease slowly.

Give it some time, losing weight not only takes determination but time. Keep eating right, exercising and learn to accept your body. Wear clothes that make you feel good about yourself.
Diet pills don't work and aren't the best way to lose weight.

losing weight too quickly runs the risk of serious health problems. you should contact your doctor before starting any diet because you may overdo it. there is, unfortunately, no quick way to lose weight. the best advice i could give you is put more exercise in your schedule and talk to your doctor about what is right for you

drink lot's of water at least 8 full glasses a day, When u feel like food's drink that glass of water, and keep count, as this also flushes your system out.
Buy some green tea, it's filled with antioxidant's and will clean your sytem out , speed up metabolism, and make your stomach feel like it's more full.
Instead of snacking on solid food's, Snack on Celery, Carrot's Apple's or any fruit you like.
Reduce your carbohydrate intake, which mean's watch bread, pasta , rice etc.

Spend extra time doing exercises that target those areas. Do more reps w/not havy weight and do at least 2x a day. Good Luck :)

You have to be patient to see results. The weight isn't going to fall off overnight. Sometimes it takes 2-3 months to see results but don't give up, stay focused, and motivated.

Nothing that is not healthy for you. Just keep doing what you are doing. My doctor just last week said you can only lose 1-2 lbs a week healthily.
