My computer has picked up a virus. I used Limewire. I think that it came from there. My Interenet explorer won't work (I normally use Mozilla). Norton AntiVirus isnt picking it up. Liveupdate won't work. A lot of sites simply will not come up and a new program i bought won't pick it up or fix it either. Also, it will just randomly reload and reboot after I first turn it on. Has anyone had this problem?

Here's one of the error messages I got...

CiceroV1Wndframe
Application error
Ox771b4446 memory ax Ox03956800
required data not placed into memory
1/0 error status
Oxc000009c

Please help me fix this!!!

Oh, and by the way, I wasn't using limewire for stealing music...

I am in a band, I don't believe in that. I don't do it. I was using it to find pictures. I use a lot of them for school (Powerpoint and such). So please don't judge me and tell me that i am getting what I deserve. Please try to help. I really need my laptop for school...

you may have to do a sytem recovery.. try to follow these steps to restore a previous good version of your cpu. Let me know if it helps.

Find the system setup disc

Go into the setup once your computer start F2
Change the boot order so that it boots from the CD
Insert CD (Reinstalling Windows XP)
Boot from CD
Choose R to go to recover console
You may get C:\Windows\>

Type CD c:\
Type CD sytem~1\_resto~\ [enter]
Type dir
Look for highest RP (ie RP453)
Type CD RP453 [enter]
Type CD snapshot [enter]
Type copy_registry_machine_system c:\windows\system32\config\system
Type Y for Yes
You should see 1 file copy
Type copy_registry_machine_sam c:\windows\systems32\config\system
Type Y for Yes
You should see 1 file copy
Type copy_registry_machine_security c:\windows\system32\config\security
Type Y for Yes
You should see 1 file copy
Type copy_registry_user_ .default c: (not sure but will guess it is ) c:\windows\system32\config\default
You should see 1 file copy
Type exit
Take out CD and restart computer

Check the following link below, if that isnt the issue then do a search on the support page for cicero CiceroUIWndFrame (i think I saw one for powerpoint too). This happens with the microsoft office programs sometimes, there is a hotfix for it.

Kapersky appears ok as it is what's operating on the lap suitable i'm making use of now. ok replace - I were given back in making use of gadget fix yet alot of the classes have complications - along with the actual undeniable reality that there is not any sound. I extremely have requested bullguard to pay for an engineer to come back and style my computing device out as i do not extremely prefer to sit down down the following setting up and uninstalling classes. Their shopper service became not valuable and appeared grumpy after I advised them what i assumed. i'll take it up with them contained in the destiny.
