ok so right now i have a asrock k7vm4 motherboard in my tower i want to upgrade the board to something else but i have questions before i do that:

1. what is the highest processor i can use on my k7vm4 board?


2. what other motherboards can i replace this one with?

3.what is my best route to go? keep in mind i do no gaming or any heavy graphics its just for internet use.

1. Most motherboards anymore don't allow much chip changing.
2. Any board the size of yours can replace the board you have
3. For the cost of the board and the time to replace it, and make sure it sets up correctly, just go buy a new computer. They are so dirt cheap anymore you can get a great computer for like $500 and the time and cost of the new board would come to that.

Look at the manual not only for what CPU's it will take but for the ways to make sure they work without damaging your system
