I don't have to prove my worth every day, but I do a good job most days, so that on a day when I'm in a mood or don't feel well it's ok if I slide a little.

my work is seen everyday by my co-workers and some times my supervisor and boss. They know from my past work history that I do my best always and do not need for me to prove I can do my job, they know i can and will.

Yes, actually I do, a lot. Last weekend I worked my total butt off so today, I had to work just as good so I didn't feel bad. I don't know why this happens to us, I guess it happens to the best of us. Keep up the good work!

I feel like I have to constantly be reading people's minds so as not to get harassed. I feel like I need to get my work done super fast, but then again I feel as though I shouldn't get all my work done because it's not okay for me to have downtime even though they told me it would be when I took this stupid job. I definitely have to prove my worth.

I used to for two ungrateful S.O.B.'s for 16 years of my life.Had to prove my worth every day. Thank you Pat for getting me the job with the city and saving me from that hell !

former ! there are times when you do better today and you have a new boss... you may never know what goes on in your boss's head... there are also bosses who may not rely on previous boss's references...there are some bosses who hope fore there better tomorrow by gauging from today's succes...

it's a constant practice to show your company that you are worth the money they pay you and that you should be paid more
