If you claim it on your bankruptcy. You will be able to keep your vehicle while your under bankruptcy. But you must maintain your monthly payments while in bankruptcy because once your out of bankruptcy and your over so many payments past due, they will pick it up. Under bankruptcy, your protected from any collections. Your attorney will better advise you.

In most cases, yes. Chap 7 can't touch your primary car, primary residence, or basic belongings as long as your payments are current.

yes, you can reaffirm your car, but like i was asked by the trustee, "how can you make your car payments, if you cant pay your other bills?"
i had no coice but to let my car go back, but i bought a better one off of ebay LOL.

yes you can. you list all of your assets and then you can decide which ones you want to continue to pay on and keep.
