If you claim it on your bankruptcy. You will be able to keep your vehicle while your under bankruptcy. But you must maintain your monthly payments while in bankruptcy because once your out of bankruptcy and your over so many payments past due, they will pick it up. Under bankruptcy, your protected from any collections. Your attorney will better advise you.
